McDermott Names VP

Houston-based McDermott International Inc. reported that Dennis S. Baldwin has joined the company as vice president and chief accounting officer. Baldwin replaces Michael S. Taff, who was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer. Baldwin has 23 years of financial and accounting experience and previously served as chief accounting officer at Integrated Electrical Services. “We are pleased to welcome Dennis to McDermott,” said Mike Taff, McDermott’s senior vice president and chief financial officer. “His background and experience will be a valuable addition to our financial management team.”
