Millennium Cell Inc. has created a proprietary technology to safely store, generate and deliver pure hydrogen, today announced the appointment of Roland E. Lefebvre to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective today. Most recently, Lefebvre, who has had an extensive career in the energy industry, was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Superconductor Corp., Westborough, MA.

Lefebvre was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at
American Superconductor Corporation prior to being appointed its Executive Vice President and COO. Prior to his employment at American Superconductor, he held a number of senior sales and marketing management positions at General Electric Company, including that of General Manager Global Account Sales. He received his Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
