New Requirement of Separator System Inspection

The U.S. Coast Guard issued guidance on new requirements for oily water monitoring and separator systems installed on ships after 1 January 2005. The guidance also recommends inspection and testing procedures that inspectors can use for examining these new systems. MOC Policy Letter 04-13 (HK Law)
