The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation announced two-Person lockage procedures at Lock 8. Mariners are advised that as of December 2, 2008, the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation will be conducting tests using revised two-person lockage procedures at Lock 8.

Vessels will be invited to participate in these trials. Mooring wires will be secured in the same order as outlined in the current procedures. Pilots / Masters are asked to convey any comments they have to the lock crew who will record them.
