NOAA: Federal Consistency Appeal

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a notice stating that the Secretary of Commerce has stayed, for a period of 60 days, closure of the decision record in administrative appeals filed by Weaver’s Cove LLC and Mill River Pipeline LLC. The decision record for these appeals will now close on May 5. The companies had applied for a permit to construct and operate a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import facility and associated pipelines in Fall River, Massachusetts. 73 Fed. Reg. 11396 (HK Law).
