The board of directors of
Northrop Grumman Corporation declared a
quarterly dividend
of 26 cents per share on Northrop
Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 10, 2005,
to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 28, 2005. The
board also declared a dividend of $1.75 per share on the company's Series B
convertible preferred stock, payable Jan. 17, 2006, to shareholders of record
as of the close of business Jan. 3, 2006.
