Two employees at Northrop Grumman Corporation's New Orleans Operations reestablish shore power to Polar Enterprise, a double-hull tanker under construction for ConocoPhilips, Tuesday, Sept. 13. Production and office work has begun at the company's facilities in Pascagoula, Miss. and New Orleans. Clean-up and recovery efforts continue at its other Gulf Coast locations.
