Petrobras 36 Starts Production

Record breaking Petrobras-36 began production on May 15th. Petrobras 36 is now the worlds largest semi-submersible floating production facility at 56,500 tons as well as being the deepest FPS development at 1,362 m. It has a capacity to produce 180,000 barrels of oil per day. Noble Denton Europe Ltd. is the engineering contractor for the major hull and deck modifications to support the new process plant as well as the mooring system, riser supports and riser pull-in .
