The Board of Directors of American Commercial Lines Inc. announced the appointment of Thomas R. Pilholski to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Pilholski, a CPA, has previously served as Chief Financial Officer of several public companies and has over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles.
