Port Leaders Convene in New Orleans The American Association of Port Authorities—the alliance of public ports in the Western Hemisphere—are holding its annual convention in New Orleans to highlight and discuss the most pressing issues in the ports and maritime industry. Discussing these issues will be AAPA’s President & CEO Kurt Nagle; AAPA’s 2005-2006 Board Chairman Bernard S. Groseclose, Jr.; AAPA’s 2006-2007 Board Chairman Capt. Allen O. Domaas; and AAPA’s 2004-2005 Board Chairman Gary P. LaGrange.
