Radio Holland Group Opens New Office in Malaysia

Radio Holland Group has opened a new office in Malaysia on February 26. It is the 49th branch office in the worldwide organization of the Radio Holland Group. The official opening of the Malaysian office took place at the Tanjung Puteri Golf Resort, Pasir Gudang, Johor. Present as a guest of honor was Dato’ Mohd Taufik Abdullah, Chairman of the Port of Tanjung Pelepas and Executive Chairman of Johor Port. He performed the official opening together with Mr. David Slager, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Radio Holland Group. Approximately 100 guests from Malaysia and Singapore attended the event. Radio Holland Malaysia is Radio Holland’s response to the increasing marine activities in Malaysia and specifically in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, which had another record-breaking year in 2003 with an annual throughput of almost 3.5 million TEU. Main activities of Radio Holland Malaysia will be deepsea equipment sales & installation, telecommunication system integration in the oil & gas onshore/offshore sector, airtime sales, repairs, maintenance & retrofitting and radio surveys & inspections.
