(lower half) Albert Garcia III has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as deputy commander, First Naval Construction Division, Norfolk. Navy Reserve Rear Adm. (lower half) Gregory A. Timberlake has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as deputy fleet surgeon, U. S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk. Source: NavNews
