Seeking to Reduce Right Whale Strikes

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is extending the comment period on its proposal relating to measures to reduce ship strikes against North Atlantic right whales. The comment period is extended until September 15. Public scoping meetings will be held in Boston (July 20); Jersey City (July 21); Wilmington (July 26); Jacksonville (July 27); and Silver Spring, MD (August 3). 69 Fed. Reg. 41446 (HK Law).
