Service obligations for Merchant Marine Grads

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a rule amending the service obligation reporting requirements for graduates of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. The amended reporting requirement creates standard reporting dates that coincide with the U.S Naval Reserve/Merchant Marine Reserve (USNR/MMR) service reporting dates. Electronic submission of reports is also authorized. 69 Fed. Reg. 61452 (HK Law)
