Singapore Qualifies for Qualship 21

The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) issued a Circular stating that Singapore has met the flag state qualifying criteria of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Qualship 21 program. This designation will assist quality ships registered in Singapore with reducing the frequency of examination by the U.S. Coast Guard during future port calls.
