SOCP Will Meet in Seattle

The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP), sponsored by the Maritime Administration (MARAD), will hold a meeting on February 12-13, 2002 in Seattle, Wash. Items on the agenda include maritime security, ballast water management, and the ferry industry.
