The Great Lakes – St. Lawrence Seaway System has established an webpage (www.greatlakes-seaway.com/en/commercial/closing.html) providing information relating to the upcoming closing of the 2008 navigation season. The Montreal-Lake Ontario portion of the Seaway is scheduled to close on December 29.
