St. Lawrence Seaway Regs: Proposed Amendments

The U.S. Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation and the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation of Canada jointly propose to update the Seaway regulations with regard to: Condition of Vessels; Preclearance and Security for Tolls; Seaway Navigation; Dangerous Cargo; Toll Assessment and Payment; Information and Reports; and General. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by February 24. 70 Fed. Reg. 3495 (HK Law).
