In November, a public scoping meeting and informational open house will take place in Massachusetts regarding the proposed Neptune Deepwater Port Project in Massachusetts. The Scoping Meeting will be held in Faneuil Hall in Boston, MA on November 2, 2005. There will also be a public meeting at Gloucester High School in Gloucester, MA on November 3, 2005. Both meetings are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and are scheduled for two hours in length. Each meeting will be preceded by an informational
