Sunbelt Spirit installs Offshore Systems Dual ECDIS

Offshore Systems Ltd. installed a dual ECPINS 5000 system on the M/V Sunbelt Spirit, a combined vehicle and refrigerated cargo carrier that mainly trades between Japan and the United States. Offshore Systems’ ECPINS 5000 is an IMO approved ECDIS equipped with rich features, including Radar Image Overlay which improves situational awareness. The installation was performed en route Newark (NJ) – Port Canaveral (FL) by Offshore Systems distributor, Polaris Electronics A/S of Denmark. The M/V Sunbelt Spirit is managed by Fairfield-Maxwell Services Ltd. (FMSL), New Jersey, USA. FMSL has extensive experience with a broad range of ships including crude and product tankers, reefers, multi-purpose Ro-Ro, general cargo carriers, chemical carriers and car carriers.
