Text of Essential Waterways Operations and Maintenance Bill

Text of H.R. 4819 – the Essential Waterways Operations and Maintenance Act of 2004 – has been posted on the Internet. This bill, if enacted, would make available 5% of the amount of customs duties collected for use in funding operations and maintenance of essential waterways in the United States. (HK Law).
