TORP Terminal – DWP License Application

The Maritime Administration (MarAd) issued a Notice stating that TORP Terminal has submitted an application for a license to construct and operate a deepwater port (DWP). The proposed Bienville Offshore Energy Terminal would be located in the Gulf of Mexico approximately 63 miles south of Mobile, Ala. source: HK Law
