TSA – TWIC Update

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued an update to its status report on the implementation of the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) program. The TWIC Dashboard shows that (as of 16 October) 577,240 maritime workers have enrolled for a TWIC and that 392,939 cards have been activated.

Note: Enforcement of the TWIC requirement commenced on October 15 for regulated facilities located in Captain of the Port (COTP) Zones Northern New England, , and .
