USCG Allows Gaming Vessel to Remain in Port During Appeal

The U.S. Coast Guard issued a stated that it will allow the gaming vessel LA CRUISE to remain in the port of Jacksonville until the appeal process to USCG Headquarters is completed. During this time, the vessel will not be allowed to take on passengers. (HK Law)
