USCG Investigates Liftboat Sinking

The U.S. Coast Guard issued a Press Release stating that it is investigating the capsize and sinking of the liftboat LAUREN in the Gulf of Mexico south of Port Fourchon, Louisiana. There were no injuries, but there was minor pollution. Salvage plans are being drafted. The casualty is under investigation. Source: HK Law
