The U.S. Coast Guard issued voluntary screening guidance for owners and operators of vessels and facilities regulated under parts 104, 105, and 106 of the
maritime security regulations. The guidance addresses screening of persons, cargo, vehicles, and baggage prior to allowing access to the vessel or facility.
