USCG - Mobile Security Zones

The US Coast Guard has promulgated an interim rule establishing moving security zones around vessels being escorted within the Captain of the Port (COTP) Zone Mobile. The rule comes into effect immediately. Comments on the rule should be submitted by December 15. 73 Fed. Reg. 67104 (November 13, 2008).
