Versar, Awarded $3m Contract

Versar was awarded a five-year contract to provide technical support to MarAd in addressing ecological issues associated with its mission of providing and supervising maritime support for the nation's defense needs. The contract has a $3m ceiling. Dr. Theodore M. Prociv, President and CEO, stated, “This award represents an expansion of the ecological programs that Versar’s Ecological Science Group currently supports for other local, state and federal clients and adds to it a new client, the U.S. Maritime Administration, with facilities located across the country.”
