Watts-Healy Tibbitts, (joint venture), , , is being awarded an $84.8m firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a submarine drive-in magnetic silencing facility at Beckoning Point, Naval Station, . The contract is incrementally funded with the first increment of $42.4m being allocated at the time of award. The second increment will be funded in FY 09 at $35.8m. An additional third increment will be funded in FY 10 at $6.5m. The contract also contains one unexercised option, which if exercised would increase cumulative contract value to $86m.
