Stena Settles Patent Dispute In Australia

In a gratifying end to the long running patent infringement dispute in Australia, Swedish company Stena Rederi AB and the Australian ship builder Austal have reached an amicable settlement, for an undisclosed sum, of Stena’s claim for compensation arising out of infringement of Stena’s patent relating to hull forms for high speed catamarans.
