Casa Blanca

IYC is pleased to announce that Ron Morgenstein has acted for the buyer in the sale of Casa Blanca, the 74’ Hatteras, in cooperation with Chris Chumley of Northrop & Johnson representing the seller.

Casa Blanca is a 74' Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht that features a high gloss cherry interior, low hour Detroit Diesel/MTU power and recent full paint. In 2011 and 2012, she benefitted from refits which included new electronics, a new Novurania tender and Yamaha Waverunner. Casa Blanca also features generous marble and tile, new soft goods, new custom teak furniture, a Headhunter waste treatment system, bow thruster and much more, IYC said. In addition to her large flybridge, Casa Blanca’s roominess allows for a comfortable, four stateroom layout, full aft deck and access from the cockpit.
