Bulgarian Shipyard Workers Protest Delayed Pay

According to a Jan. 12 report from Sofia News Agency, workers from the Rousse Shipyard Jsc based in Bulgaria's Danube city of Ruse have declared civil disobedience after they haven't received their salaries for three months.
