Majority of Oil from Los Angeles Leak Collected

Nearly all of the 10,000 gallons of oil that leaked from a Plains West Coast pipeline in Los Angeles, California has been collected by responders, a fire department official said on Thursday.
 


The spill came from a leaking valve on the pipeline, said Captain Jamie Moore of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
