COSCO Dalian Built PSV Completes Sea Trials

The first of the two 9,000 horsepower COSL deepwater supply vessel (PSV)built at the COSCO Dalian Shipyard ship has successfully completed sea trials. The trial results met the technical requirements to obtain the owner's praise.

The total length of the ship 85.4 m, molded breadth of 20 meters, depth 8.6 m, draft of seven meters, safe operation in adverse sea conditions, and with good seakeeping trials. Trial process, completed DP1, DP2 state under measurement engineering, dynamic positioning system pre-commissioning and testing, FMEA power system failure analysis test, PMS tests and other routine tests, the indicators have reached the technical requirements.

COSCO Dalian Shipyard was built with COSL series on the 2nd boat is currently in trial preparation phase.
