Nautilus Minerals Completes Drilling Program

Nautilus Minerals has completed its 2010/11 seafloor drilling program, with the vessel, REM Etive, having demobilized in Singapore on May 16, 2011. During the drilling program in the Bismarck Sea of Papua New Guinea, Nautilus completed a 99 hole diamond drilling project, for a total of 1475 metres. Drilling was focused within the area of the Mining Lease (ML154) recently granted to Nautilus, which contains the Solwara 1 deposit  and the Solwara 5 seafloor massive sulphide (SMS) discovery. A total of 71 holes was drilled in ML154, for 1147 metres.

ConocoPhillips Announces Senior Management Changes

John Carrig, currently executive vice president, Finance, and chief financial officer, will become president and chief operating officer. He will continue to report to Jim Mulva, chairman and chief executive officer. Jim Gallogly, currently executive vice president, Refining, Marketing & Transportation, will become executive vice president, Exploration & Production. Willie Chiang, currently senior vice president, Commercial, will become senior vice president, Refining, Marketing & Transportation. Greg Goff, currently president, Strategy, Integration and Specialty Businesses for Refining, Marketing & Transportation, will become senior vice president, Commercial. Limbacher Leaves ConocoPhillips

ConocoPhillips [NYSE:COP] announced that Randy Limbacher, president, Exploration & Production – Americas, has elected to leave the company to pursue other opportunities as of October 31. The position held by Mr. Limbacher will not be replaced. The organization currently under this position will be moved directly under John Lowe, executive vice president, Exploration & Production.

ConocoPhillips Announces Management Changes

ConocoPhillips announced the following actions concerning the company's senior management. These changes will be effective September 1, 2007. Bill Berry, executive vice president, Exploration & Production – Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, has elected to retire after 31 years of service. From September 1 until his retirement in January 2008, Mr. Berry will serve in a transition role. John Lowe, currently executive vice president, Commercial, will become executive vice president, Exploration & Production. Reporting to Mr. Randy Limbacher, who will continue with his current operational responsibilities as president, Exploration & Production – Americas.
