ABSG Consulting Inc. selected for the GSA Performance Management and Continuous Process Improvement (PM/CPI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The government-wide vehicle will allow agencies to procure a comprehensive set of services to maximize operational effectiveness, especially in the current uncertain budgetary climate.

The services available include Strategic Planning and Performance Management; Strategic Business Analysis; Process and Performance Improvement; Communications and Change Management; and Training, Certification and Recognition.

The BPA comes at a time when all government agencies are under extreme pressure to improve their operating efficiencies with minimal impact on mission performance. This strategic sourcing initiative from GSA will enable agencies to develop requirements, processes, procedures and tools that can be leveraged and streamlined throughout the Federal Government. It will establish mechanisms to increase savings, value and socio-economic participation, as well as identify gaps in agency strategies, goals and initiatives that will allow time for corrective action.

“Government agencies are operating in an environment of increasing budget pressures, forcing them to perform with less. Contracts like the GSA PM/CPI provide these agencies with access to the technical and financial services needed to optimize their operations in a constrained environment,” said John Duncan, Vice President, Global Government Services.

“We have selected a team of highly skilled team members to provide agencies with the right toolset to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness,” said Duncan. “ABS Consulting has a long history of working with customers to optimize their processes and implement operational improvements. We bring a proprietary set of capabilities and I am confident in our team’s ability to implement effective solutions for Government agencies through the PM/CPI contract.”

The ABS Consulting team is comprised of AMDEX Corporation, Center for Strategic Management, Inc., Harkcon, Inc., Java Productions, Inc., and Quality Management International, Inc.

ABS Consulting provides technical and business solutions to support safe, reliable and high-performance of assets and operations to government, oil and gas, power, maritime and manufacturing clients. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, ABS Consulting operates in over 30 countries with more than 2,000 employees worldwide.
