Bunker Convention Advisement

Maritime Activity Reports, Inc.

November 25, 2008

The US Coast Guard published an informal notice advising owners and operators of US-flag vessels that trade internationally of means for compliance with the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 (Bunker Convention).
