Navgathi Engineering Acquires FORAN

Navgathi Marine Design and Constructions signed a contract with SENER for the use of FORAN in their design and shipbuilding activities in the town of Kochi, India.


According to the agreement, the marine engineering company acquires licenses of FORAN, specifically the package of Forms (hull form generation, decks and bulkheads), General Arrangement and Naval Architecture calculations.


The work to be performed by Navgathi includes basic design, detail design and generation of all information for production and assembly, both in new construction and conversions and repairs. From small boats to large ships and marine structures, the engineering provides engineering design solutions and technical consultancy always looking for innovation in every work.


FORAN has been used in India for many years and this new customer is the result of the great effort SENER is making in Asia.
