Lifting Gear Hire (LGH), a company providing lifting and moving equipment for rent and sale, announced the addition of several new products to its equipment rental fleet.

Joining the company’s rental portfolio is a 4x4x2 Gated Material Basket, as well as several new rigging rollers, including include Beam Clamp Rigging Rollers, Beam Clamp Multi-Rollers and Rack Rollers – each piece of equipment tested, inspected and certified upon request, and all available for immediate rental.

The 4x4x2 Gated Material Basket have a capacity of 3,000 pounds with an approximate weight of 1,000 pounds The basket is has a removable drop gate, which approximately weighs 80 pounds, fork pockets, lugs that are designed for ¾-inch shackles, and 6-foot restraint chains with grab hooks.

President of LGH, Tony Fiscelli, explained, “Material Baskets are essential to certain jobsites, so we wanted to add them to our catalog to create an even more well-rounded equipment rental fleet.”

Beam Clamp Rigging Rollers are used for a variety of applications, but mainly for the installation of pipe into racks at refineries and other industrial facilities. These rollers are lightweight and beam clamps can be attached to them to make for quick installations. Various roller head options are available so pipes can be easily and safely installed, too. Beam Clamp Multi-Rollers are designed for a maximum load of 4,000 pounds and a pipe diameter range of 4 to 36 inches. They’re rated for only beam support with a centered base in which the base must be secured before in use. Our Rack Rollers are beveled rollers that fasten to structural steel components for which you can roll pipe on top for installation or maintenance. They have a 2,000 pounds capacity and come in two sizes – small (2-12 inches) and large (12-20 inches).

“They’re highly requested items and will add new depth to our very broad equipment rental fleet,” Fiscelli said.
