Vigor Marine Expands Ops in Puget Sound

Vigor Marine LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vigor Industrial, will purchase the assets of Marine Industries Northwest, Inc. (MINI) in Tacoma, Wash. The transaction is expected to close on or about August 6, 2010. The company will operate the facility as Vigor Marine Tacoma, and will continue providing vessel repair, conversion, and construction services at that location.
