Two New Builds Delivered to Subsea 7

Troll Solution Wreck Removal Completed

A stricken jack-up has been removed from the Mexican seabed in close proximity to a well head platform, making for the largest wreck removal project completed in 2016. Weighing approximately 7,000 tons, the jack-up Troll Solution, contracted to operate in Pemex's Abkatun-Pol-Chuc shallow water oil field, experienced a debilitating accident while carrying out maintenance work on the wellhead platform CAAN-A in May 2015. The offshore rig was positioning itself to carry out maintenance on wells linked to the Caan Alf platform in the southern Bay of Campeche when it listed, killing two workers.

Kleven Delivers 116 m Superyacht

Norway’s Kleven has delivered a 116 m superyacht to its owner, Graeme Hart. The vessel left Kleven Verft in Ulsteinvik, Norway this weekend, heading for Germany, where the final completion of the vessel is to be carried out by mid 2017. “It has been a great pleasure working with Mr Hart and his team on this magnificent project. We highly appreciate the trust they have shown us by placing not just one but two orders with Kleven, in what was a new segment for us,” said Ståle Rasmussen, CEO of Kleven. The vessel is of type MT 5006 MKII ESV, designed by Norwegian ship design company Marin Teknikk in cooperation with Naval Architect Kyle Dick, of New Zealand based Oscar Mike Naval Architects.

Kleven Launch 116 m Yacht

Norwegian ship builder Kleven launched its build no 370 today – a 116 metre long Expedition Support Vessel. This is the second vessel from Kleven to Mr Graeme Hart, and as with the first vessel, Mr Hart and his family attended the launch seremony at the yard in Ulsteinvik, Norway. The first vessel, 107 m long Ulysses, was delivered from Kleven Verft in 2015, and is now on her first cruise in the Mediterranean. The high specification vessel is of type MT 5006 MKII ESV, designed by Norwegian ship design company Marin Teknikk in cooperation with Naval Architect Kyle Dick of New Zealand based Oscar Mike Naval Architects. The vessel is specially designed for long expeditions in rough waters, and blends a robust, hard-working character with luxurious added extras.

Ensco plc Report Loss

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) today reported a loss of $10.64 per diluted share in fourth quarter 2015 compared to a loss of $14.89 per diluted share in fourth quarter 2014. The loss from discontinued operations in fourth quarter 2015 was $0.41 per share compared to a loss of $1.67 per share last year. The loss from continuing operations in fourth quarter 2015 was $10.23 per share compared to a loss of $13.22 per share a year ago. Excluding these items, adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations were $0.92 in fourth quarter 2015 compared to $1.68 a year ago, detailed in the attached reconciliation table.

BP Shipping Marks its 100th Year

BP Shipping today celebrates its 100-year anniversary, making it the longest continually operating company in the BP group. Ensco Announces Cash Tender Offer

Ensco plc announced today that it has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 3.25% Senior Notes due 2016 (CUSIP No. 29358QAB5). The tender offer is being made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase dated today and a related Letter of Transmittal and Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, which set forth the terms and conditions of the tender offer. As of March 4, 2015, the aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding is $1.0 billion. The consideration for each $1,000 principal amount of notes validly tendered and accepted for payment pursuant to the tender offer will be determined in the manner described in the Offer to Purchase by reference to a fixed spread of 20 bps over the yield based on the bid side price of the 0.375% U.S.

Kleven Wins New Yacht Contract

Norwegian ship builder Kleven has secured a new contract for a high specification, 116-metre long Expedition Support Vessel. The order is placed by Mr Graeme Hart, who currently has another vessel of the same type under construction at Kleven Verft. This new vessel is almost ten metres longer than the vessel currently under construction at the yard, and is of type MT 5006 MKII ESV, designed by Norwegian ship design company Marin Teknikk in cooperation with Naval Architect Kyle Dick of New Zealand based Oscar Mike Naval Architects. The vessel is specially designed for long expeditions in rough waters, and blends a robust, hard-working character with luxurious added extras.

A New Revision of DNV's Offshore Standard for ISDS

A new version of DNV’s offshore standard for Integrated Software Dependent Systems (ISDS) has been issued. DNV is experiencing increasing demand from the drilling market for this kind of service and has now established a separate dedicated section in order to better serve this growing market. DNV’s offshore standard OS-D203 has been revised in order to clarify the requirements for assigning an ISDS class notation to an offshore unit as proof of compliance with the standard as well as to clarify the text in general and remove known inconsistencies.

Keppel Set to Deliver Semisubmersible to Ensco

Keppel to deliver sixth ultra-deepwater semi to Ensco over the past 42 months. Keppel FELS Limited is on course to deliver ENSCO 8505, the sixth of seven ENSCO 8500 Series® ultra-deepwater semisubmersible (semi) drilling rigs to Ensco (NYSE: ESV) safely, on time and within budget. The rig is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2012 with zero lost-time incidents in over five million man-hours worked. Upon completion, ENSCO 8505 is contracted in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico with Anadarko, Apache and Noble Energy. With Singapore's Minister of State for Transport and Finance, Mrs Josephine Teo, as the guest-of-honour, the rig was named ENSCO 8505 at Keppel FELS today.

Keppel Wins Enscor $245m Jackup Deal

Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS) has secured a contract to build an enhanced KFELS Super A Class harsh environment jackup rig from Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) for $245 million. The rig is scheduled for delivery in 3Q 2014. This contract arose from the exercise of an option which was part of Ensco's order of two KFELS Super A Class rigs on 10 February 2011. Mr. Dan Rabun, Chairman and CEO of Ensco plc, said, "Ensco's new series of jackup rigs are enhanced versions of the KFELS Super A Class design that will provide increased levels of efficiency for customers. Keppel Wins $440M Twin Jackup Rig Contract from Ensco

Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS) has secured a contract to build two enhanced KFELS Super A Class harsh environment jackup rigs from a subsidiary of Ensco plc (NYSE: ESV) at a shipyard price of about $440m. These rigs are scheduled for delivery in the second and fourth quarters of 2013. As part of its contract with Keppel FELS, Ensco has options to order two more similar jackup units. KVH Q4 2009 Results

KVH Industries, Inc., (NASDAQ:KVHI) reported financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2009. Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2009 was $26.3 million, up 24% from the quarter ended December 31, 2008. Net income for the period was $1.8 million, or $0.13 per diluted share. During the same period last year the company reported net income of $0.3 million or $0.02 per diluted share. For the year ended December 31, 2009, revenue was $89.1 million, up 8% compared to $82.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2008. KVH reported a net loss of $0.1 million or $0.01 per share for 2009. During the same period last year, the company reported net income of $3.1 million or $0.21 per diluted share.

Keppel FELS Delivers First Rig of 2010

Keppel FELS Limited (Keppel FELS) has delivered Ensco 8502, the third of seven Ensco 8500 Series semisubmersible (semi) drilling rigs it has been contracted to build exclusively for Ensco International (NYSE:ESV). Delivered seven days ahead of schedule, Ensco 8502 is on track to commence operations in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico in the second quarter of 2010, under a two-year contract with Nexen Petroleum U.S.A. Inc. with term extension options. The early completion was a culmination of progressive productivity gains achieved by Keppel FELS on the construction of the Series. Construction lead time for Ensco 8502 was reduced by 1.1 million man-hours, as compared to the first rig in the Series. This represents a 15% boost in efficiency.

KVH’s Mini-VSAT Broadband Gov’t Approval

KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq: KVHI) announced that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted permanent “Earth Station onboard – Vessel” or ESV license authority for KVH’s mini-VSAT Broadband satellite communications service. This authority officially approves the spread spectrum mini-VSAT Broadband service and 24-inch diameter TracPhone V7 antenna as meeting the FCC’s new regulations for broadband maritime services. Prior to receiving this permanent license, the KVH mini-VSAT Broadband service has operated in U.S. waters under an FCC Special Temporary Authority (STA) since September 2007, while also supporting mariners worldwide.

Gulf Copper Wins Fifth Ensco Rig Order

Gulf Copper has been awarded a contract for the modification of ENSCO 83, a jackup rig owned by a subsidiary of Ensco International (NYSE:ESV). The fifth Ensco rig to enter Gulf Copper’s Galveston shipyard since Hurricane Ike, the ENSCO 83 is undergoing upgrades and refurbishment before it mobilizes from the U.S. Gulf of Mexico to work for PEMEX in Mexico. “Ensco International has played a major role in the post‐Ike restoration of the Galveston economy,” stated Steve Hale, President of Gulf Copper.

MTN Comments on International Telecommunication Union Decision
