Loughlin Appointed as Lloyd’s Register’s COO
Chris Loughlin has been appointed to the new post of Chief Operating Officer for the Lloyd's Register Group. He will take up his role on July 1, 2003. This appointment marks the successful completion of the second phase of the Lloyd’s Register recovery programme, during which David Moorhouse has carried out the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive.
