Press Release
Wednesday, March 06, 2013

Cargotec's MacGregor has received a large order to deliver MacGregor RoRo cargo access equipment for five new 31,600 dwt Container/RoRo (ConRo) vessels from Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea.

The vessels are destined for the Grimaldi Group of Naples and the delivery of the ships is planned for 2015.

"This order builds on the long-term partnership with Hyundai Mipo Dockyard. MacGregor's advanced technology and quality as well as strong local presence played key role during the negotiations," explains Magnus Sjöberg, Sales Director for MacGregor RoRo. "The shipyard trusts MacGregor - we keep the delivery times and the shipyard gets our full support during order fulfilment as we have MacGregor site office at the shipyard," Mr Sjöberg continues.
