OnSSI Adds New Region Managers

Thursday, January 06, 2011

OnSSI, manufacturer of open-platform network video management software in the Americas, announced three new positions on the OnSSI sales team. Joining the company are Trevor Newton as Western Region Manager and Steve Kingsbury as Mid-Atlantic Region Manager. Brad Anderson, formerly Mid-Atlantic Region Manager, has been appointed to the new position of National Sales Manager-Channel Partners.

Newton joins OnSSI with a background in systems engineering and more than 20 years of experience in the industry with companies such as VideoIQ and Lenel Systems, where he designed and managed sales projects for Fortune 500 clients. Newton is a retired commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserves. As Western Region Manager, Mr. Newton will have sales responsibility for the States of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona.

Kingsbury brings an extensive background in account management of federal, military and public infrastructure markets to his new role as Mid-Atlantic Region Manager for OnSSI. Prior to joining OnSSI, he was a Principal at Perimetric Intelligence and previously held sales and management positions with Optellios, Fiber SenSys, Siemens and Honeywell. Kingsbury is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. The Mid-Atlantic region comprises the States of Michigan, Indiana, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky.

As National Sales Manager-Channel Partners, Anderson will use his industry knowledge and sales skills to help guide OnSSI forward by expanding markets and capitalizing on OnSSI’s industry-leading video management solutions. In 2001 Mr. Anderson dove deep into the IP video space with one of the industry’s leading IP-surveillance solution integrators for the public safety market. This experience coupled with four years of region management for OnSSI will allow Brad to successfully lead the National Sales Channel.

OnSSI’s Ocularis software monitors and helps maintain video surveillance and physical security systems. With an intuitive interface, Ocularis provides real-time access to video from every camera, in any combination, and manages all the recording, archiving and video format settings for any number of cameras and camera groups to optimize hardware and storage resources and lower the total cost of ownership.
