Marine Survey Company Avoids Storm

On Wednesday April 24, the marine survey company EIVA a/s published its 2012 Annual Report. The offshore specialist thereby concludes a financial year where its activities have been characterised by growth, with high expectations for 2013. While many businesses are still experiencing weak demand, EIVA a/s can look back on a very satisfactory year in the offshore industry. EIVA has provided hardware and software for businesses specialised in energy, engineering and surveys at sea since 1978, which the annual report published today demonstrates through strong results that are the best the company has seen the last 35 years. While the revenue declined by nearly DKK 6 m due to reduced sales of third-party equipment, the number of own products sold advanced.

EIVA and Atlas Services Group Join Forces

The international recruitment company Atlas Services Group and EIVA have joined forces by entering into a collaboration agreement that will include training courses on the EIVA software suite in Atlas Services Group’s training curriculum offered globally. Atlas Services Group is an international recruitment company specialising in the energy and marine industry and servicing more than 1,800 candidates worldwide, each day. The company’s hydrographic department in the United Kingdom focuses on this niche market alone and is recognised as the leading global specialist in the supply of high quality professionals to the offshore survey industry. This includes competence development focusing on the skill demands in the industry.

Marine Personnel Agency Sold by OMM

Offshore Marine Management Limited (OMM) to sell its  agency Main Source Offshore People Limited (MSOP) to Atlas Services Group Energy Limited. Atlas Services Group Energy has been operating in the Energy and Marine industry for more than 30 years. The company has established an excellent reputation and holds important home market positions both inside and outside of Europe. Atlas Services Group works with professionals in the Energy and Marine industry and will further support the good work of Main Source Offshore People. Through the acquisition, all existing MSOP management and staff will transfer to Atlas. However, the team will continue to operate from the current Bristol site in order to minimise disruption to both clients and contractors.

OMM Sells Personnel Agency

Offshore Marine Management Limited (OMM) will sell the assets of its recently-rebranded personnel supply business, Main Source Offshore People Limited (MSOP) to Atlas Services Group Energy Limited (Atlas). The acquisition will see the transfer of assets including contracts and staff. Atlas Services Group Energy has been operating in the energy and marine industry for more than 30 years. The company has established an excellent reputation and holds important home market positions both inside and outside of Europe. Atlas Services Group works with professionals in the energy and marine industry and will further support the good work of Main Source Offshore People. Through the acquisition, all existing MSOP management and staff will transfer to Atlas.
