AVEVA showcases latest design and resource management software for the offshore industry at Texas conference. AVEVA has announced that it will once again sponsor the Opening Night Networking Reception at the upcoming Topsides Platforms & Hulls Conference and Exhibition 2013 (Topsides). Aveva Launches New Software
On May 10, 2012 AVEVA (LSE:AVV) announced the release of an exciting new software product family for the marine and EPC market, AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. Comprising the products AVEVA Material, AVEVA Planning and AVEVA Production, the application suite supports the entire project management and execution process. Guangxin Shipbuilding Selects AVEVA MARS
AVEVA (LSE:AVV), announced that GUANGXIN Shipbuilding & Heavy Industry Co. Ltd (GSHI) selected AVEVA MARS, AVEVA’s enterprise resource management system. GSHI, formerly ’GMG Shipbuilding & Heavy Industry’, is a Chinese-foreign joint venture specialising in the research and manufacture of offshore vessels and other special purpose ships, selected AVEVA MARS in a competitive tender. MARS, the dedicated solution that optimises project control, logistics, materials management, production, resources and planning, was specifically designed for shipyards. It will be implemented in GSHI’s Zhongshan City shipyard and the contract will see an initial 100 concurrent users.
