General Dynamics Canada has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract to upgrade four SH-2G Super Seasprite helicopters with an integrated mission system to enhance the operational capability of the Peruvian Navy and its ability to meet the demands of modern maritime missions. The contract, facilitated by the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), the Government of Canada's international government-to-government contracting organization, includes the acquisition of five helicopters by Peru. The Peruvian Ministry of Defence has awarded a USD$67 million contract to General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada for 32 Light Armoured Vehicles (LAVs) for the Peruvian Marines. General Dynamics Land Systems, the Canadian company's parent corporation, is a business unit of General Dynamics. The contract was signed through the Canadian Commercial Corporation, a Crown corporation of the Government of Canada. Vehicles provided under this contract will be personnel carrier variants of the LAV II family of vehicles with amphibious capability. Included in the contract is a complete logistics support package. Deliveries will commence by mid-2015.

SeaArk Marine, Inc. recently completed the first two boats of a five boat contract for the Haiti Coast Guard. The vessels were purchased through the Global Peace and Security Fund, administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT), through the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC).
