Pivotal LNG, Carib Energy Reach Multi-Year Supply Deal

Pivotal LNG announced a multi-year agreement to sell liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Carib Energy LLC, a Crowley Maritime Corp. subsidiary. Crowley will transport and deliver LNG from the U.S. mainland to its newest client, Molinos de Puerto Rico, a subsidiary of Ardent Mills LLC, the island’s leading supplier of flour as well as wheat, corn and rice-based food ingredients. “Crowley’s partnership with Pivotal LNG continues to help our customers meet their energy needs with cleaner, efficient fuel sources,” said Crowley Vice President Greg Buffington.

Crowley Wins LNG Supply Deal in Puerto Rico

Crowley Maritime Corp. said its liquefied natural gas (LNG) services group has been awarded a multi-year contract to supply containerized LNG from the U.S. mainland to Molinos de Puerto Rico, the Caribbean arm of Ardent Mills LLC, supplier of flour, wheat, corn and rice-based food ingredients. The contract was executed through Crowley’s subsidiary Carib Energy (USA) LLC, and includes both the supply and transportation of LNG. The transportation of LNG from liquefaction facilities on the mainland to Molinos’ plant will be managed by Crowley’s domestic logistics team…

Crowley to Ship LNG to Coco Cola Puerto Rico Plant Long Term

Crowley’s Carib Energy has been awarded a multi-year contract to supply containerized, U.S.-sourced Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to its first industrial customer, Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers in Cayey and Club Caribe in Cidra, both wholly owned subsidiaries of CC1 Companies, LLC. The contract, executed through Crowley’s Carib Energy subsidiary, includes the fuel supply and transportation of LNG to two of the manufacturer’s plants in Cayey and Cidra, Puerto Rico, which will provide both facilities with substantially lowered emissions and an alternative to their current fuel source, diesel.
