TT Club Appoints Lewin as COO

TT Club, the transport and logistics industry's provider of insurance and related risk management services has appointed Colin Lewin as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2002. Lewin, currently Asia Pacific regional manager for TT Club, will take over the operational management of underwriting and claims in order to leave CEO Paul Neagle free to manage the strategic development of the business following its extensive planning initiative last year with Ernst and Young. Lewin has been involved in the insurance and transport industry for more than 20 years, joining TT managers Thomas Miller in 1986 after six years in various operational roles in the transport sector.

Brown Appointed as Asia Pacific Regional Director for U.K. P&I Club

Christopher Brown has been appointed Asia Pacific Regional Director of the UK P&I Club from October 1st. He will also be responsible for providing services to all Thomas Miller’s managed Clubs, particularly UK P&I, TT, UK Defence, ITIC and the Lloyd’s insurer Dex. Based in Hong Kong, Brown will head Miller’s regional management team, leading the offices in the region and supported by experienced managers Nick Sansom in Singapore and Barton Phillips in Sydney. He succeeds Colin Lewin who is moving to London as Chief Operating Officer of the TT Club. He will work closely with Andreas Mueller, who succeeds Mr Lewin as TT’s Regional Manager for Asia Pacific. Brown joined Miller’s in London in August 2001, with the intention of moving to Hong Kong this year.
