Gazprom & UniCredit Sign Agreement
Gazprom and UniCredit Bank signed a bilateral credit agreement worth a total of EUR 390 million in Vienna yesterday. The agreement is of great historical significance both for promoting the mutually beneficial relations between the two companies and for wider cooperation of Gazprom with financial communities of Italy and the entire Europe. Gazprom's delegation was led by Andrey Kruglov, Head of the Department for Finance and Economics.
Gazprom GDRs Listed On Singapore Exchange
Today Gazprom's unrestricted American Depositary Shares (the Global Depositary Receipts or the GDRs) were granted an introductory listing and included in the quotation list of the Singapore Exchange. The listing of Gazprom's GDRs on the Singapore Exchange is a significant result of the Company's efforts to broaden its investor base globally. Fireboat Chief Seattle Delivered
Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering company Guido Perla and Associates, Inc. (GPA) announced the completion on time and within budget of a major renovation of the fireboat Chief Seattle at Vigor Marine in Everett, Washington. Under the direction of the City of Seattle’s Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), GPA’s team managed the project from initiation to delivery, working closely with FAS, Vigor Marine and the Seattle Fire Department. The 96 feet 6 inches Chief Seattle, built in 1984, replaces the Alki, built in 1927, as the city’s primary freshwater fireboat.
